I have a server running at the moment at sonicmc.dyndns.org

The server is running with Tekkit Classic, you can download it here, then select Tekkit Classic in the launcher (be sure to have the latest Java version. You can also play Vanilla through the launcher

I will post some nice screenshots here, also Treval can post some of his screens.

Just to make sure, the server only will be accessible by TBM members only (besides Treval and some friend i know). PM me your username so i can whitelist it.

I suggest we make the following projects:

TBM_City, a modern (Manhattan style) or old (Medieval style) city. We could make two cities of course, just like in real life.

Furthermore, building the wonders of today's world would be a nice achievement as well. I will show you what I am thinking about:

1) The pyramids of Giza


2) The Colossus of Rhodos


3) Parthenon (Athens, Greece)


4) Hanging gardens of Babylon

These magnificent architectural achievements could be reconstructed in Minecraft - albeit in (correct) scale. All you need is to find the right blueprints (if any) or measurements and work out the equations (I could do that, with the help of more people).
